As a customer you always have 30 days to return or exchange your order from the date you placed your order online.
To make a claim under the warranty for defects, just send us an email to email@example.com. After receiving your warranty claim we will get back to you and help you with your claim. You must however bear any costs of delivery or other expense incurred in making your claim.

• Products must be in original condition, and cannot be used. Please tur products carefully.
• All returns must include the original packaging its original condition.
We try to ensure that your goods arrive free from defects. However, should you receive faulty items or an incorrect delivery, please make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery. When a complaint is made, an investigation of the product is carried out, in some cases we will send your complaint for further investigation to the supplier.
